Examples include insufficient or uneven cooling and heating of rooms,  noise problems,  odor problems, and any other problems at all related to HVAC (Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) systems.

Design HVAC systems for new buildings and for expansion / renovation projects.  ECE Engineering Services, LLC will specify the highest efficiency and best controlled systems that is economical for the long term.

Design and specify upgrades, identified by retro-commissioning investigations.

Coordinate with a Green Building design team, which is usually organized around the US Green Building Council LEED design criteria.
